The Manon, or Fresh Cream, is a superb example of the Belgium chocolatiers' perfection of their art. Belgium is known the world over for these stunning chocolates made with fresh butter and cream. The Manon filling is whipped to create the most unbelievably light, ephemeral center which is encased in a thin coat of the best chocolate. Traditionally Manons are delicately flavored with coffee, vanilla, chocolate or raspberry. We offer other varieties, too. These Belgian chocolates are incredible - light, fresh, and absolutely wonderful! If you have never tasted these, you are in for the chocolate experience of a lifetime.
Belgian Chocolate Manon Creams come gift boxed and hand-tied with a luxury ribbon. Because Manons are so delicate, they are only available from mid-October to mid-April.
